Refund Policy

Free trial
New accounts get a 14-day free trial of the paid plan they choose. You will not be charged during the trial. Cancel any time before the trial ends and you will not be charged.
Monthly plans
Monthly subscriptions are billed at the start of each cycle. You may cancel at any time — cancellation stops the next renewal but the current month is not pro-rated.
Annual plans
Annual subscriptions are eligible for a pro-rated refund within the first 30 days. After 30 days, annual plans are non-refundable but remain active until the end of the term.
Exceptions
If the Service was materially unavailable for an extended period or you were charged in error, email info@houstonpermitpilot.com — we will issue a refund or credit at our discretion.
How to cancel
Cancel from Settings → Billing, or email info@houstonpermitpilot.com and we will cancel for you.
