What we do
- Track expiration dates you enter and send reminders.
- Store documents you upload.
- Provide a starter checklist of common Houston, TX restaurant permits.
What we do not do
- Guarantee that any list of permits is complete for your business.
- File, renew, or pay for permits on your behalf.
- Provide legal, tax, or regulatory advice.
- Guarantee that reminders will be delivered on time.
Your responsibility
You are solely responsible for confirming, maintaining, and renewing every permit, license, and certification that applies to your business. Always confirm requirements directly with the issuing agency (City of Houston, Harris County Public Health, TABC, Texas DSHS, the City Fire Marshal, the FDA, etc.). Regulations change — what is accurate today may not be tomorrow.
